Three generations of home building go into every house we build. We handle the whole job, from laying out the foundation and pouring the slab or building the crawlspace, to framing, crane-set trusses, roofing, siding, windows and the finish work inside.
Old houses and dated layouts are what we love to fix. We gut and rebuild rooms down to the framing, open up and rework layouts, and finish with new kitchens, flooring, trim and custom built-ins. Shawn will come out more than once with layouts and ideas until it’s right.
From a brand-new first-floor bathroom carved out of an old floor plan to enlarged bathrooms in a church building, we design the layout with you and build it right, along with custom shelves and finish carpentry that tie the rooms together.
We build and remodel for businesses and churches too: framing out metal buildings, office upfits, church kitchens and classrooms, family life centers and restaurant builds.
Good buildings start in the dirt. We clear and grade lots, lay out foundations, set forms and pour slabs, so the house or building goes up square on solid ground.
